General Shipping Information
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday via the United States Postal Service (Standard Shipping) or UPS. Tracking information is provided at the time of shipment. All orders ship from the United States.
Orders placed before 12PM ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM ET will ship the following business day. During high volume times, like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, orders may take an additional 1-2 business days to ship. Please take this into consideration when placing orders with expedited services such as UPS 3Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.
Standard Shipping Rates (USPS First Class and Priority Mail):
Our standard shipping rates for USPS are $6.99 for orders shipped within the “lower 48” United States. Free shipping is offered for orders over $35. The cost to you for the alternative methods listed below will be live-rates and are calculated at the time they are requested
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will see live-rates that are calculated at the time they are requested. If the order is under 1 pound, “USPS First Class AK, HI, PR” will be available; if the order is over 1 pound, USPS removes that option. USPS Priority is quick, and reasonably priced.
Canada, Mexico and Beyond (USPS First Class & Priority International):
International orders will also see live-rates that are calculated at the time they are requested. Customs, duties, and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Customers in Canada and Mexico can also find our products listed on their region’s Amazon
Marketplace. Because shipping for larger orders can get expensive for you, this may be a more affordable option.
Because of recent changes to VAT regulations, we are no longer able to ship to the EU.
However, our products can be found locally all over the world. We are working diligently to bring a list of our international retailers to our site. Please check back soon!
Additional Information
For all locations where our flat rate is not applicable, available shipping methods and rates are size and weight dependent, and subject to change based on destination. We do not upcharge our shipping rates. Our cost is your cost.
Most domestic shipments arrive within 3-5 days of being shipped.
Bee’s Wrap is not responsible for additional shipping charges if the package is returned
because of an address error, customer absence, or package refusal.
If an address needs to be changed after the order has been placed, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the necessary changes; Bee’s Wrap is not responsible for packages that have already shipped.
If a package still hasn’t arrived after 7 days, and the tracking information does not show
“delivered,” a formal search request can be submitted to the US Postal Service. Please let us know if we can assist in this process.
Sometimes the carrier tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered, but you can’t find it. Before reaching out to us, please take the time to consider the following:
- Delivery confirmation usually specifies where the package was left (e.g. mailbox or front porch), but this is often incorrect. Please check all doors and porches. Check with neighbors, as the delivery person may have gotten the address wrong.
- Check with your local post office. Sometimes packages are accidentally scanned as delivered, when in fact they were returned to the post office because of an issue with delivery (e.g. the package did not fit in your mailbox).
